Course Description

This course is one of the IS department curriculum that explain to the student the fundamentals of sfoftware project managemethe fundamentals of sfoftware project management (Project scheduling, team management, Risk management, etc..).ing project management systems like Mic And using project management systems such as Microsoft Project.

Course Contents
|
$ Project planning, install and review the implementation plans under uncertainty: Risk Analysis - Scheduling - critical path - PERT.
$ Adjust the plan during implementation with a cost analysis of the modifications and alternatives.
$ Budget estimation under uncertainty and requirements calculation according to the critical path and added-value.
$ Settle the project measurement system and measurement standards.
$ Project's implementation and follow-up.
$ CMMI and standard quality processes.
